Tailwind3 Upgrade Removing Transform Causes Issues with Dialogue Overlay

I just upgraded to Tailwind3 using the upgrade guide and found that the Dialogue overlay is broken when removing the transform class. The Dialogue overlay now completely covers the main Dialogue content wrapped in Transition child. Adding transform back to the main dialogue content seems to fix the issue.

Is headlessUI Dialogue compatible with Tailwind 3 yet?
