Ability to programmatically close/open Disclosure?

Hey :)

Disclosure component has prop name defaultOpen but I think it will be nice we had props isOpen or something like that. So after that, we can easily programmatically change the Disclosure state.

Actually, it's also interesting to me why in the current version U this feature does not exist? Is there a reason for this or do you think this feature is unnecessary?
