Rotating pan = going to crazy mode

hey when I try to to play with view and rotate my finger on screen a little fast, its going to crazy mode and takes too long too stop moving. Is there any way prevent this?

I fixed it by temporary increase frequency of lb and cb as soon as user lifts his finger. but it could be better.
