How Does the Plugin Works?

I don't understand how this plugin works?

I know this is too general of a question, but there is no documentation for the plugin.

For example: the readme says

there must be 'markdown' as search target, but such option do not exist in the plugin options:

Then, there is file inside the same option. What does this file do? Is it searching inside all files? Or does it only search the current file? And how is that related to Search by option?

Here is one example: I have the following custom search:

When I perform a search using that 'custom search' I get this:

and, if I perform the same search in obsidian search I get this:

Where's the discrepancy comes from?

I have a lot more question but I would appreciate even some of them are answered.

Items specified in Search target will be displayed as candidates in the quick switcher. For example, if you specify file, it will display a list of matching files from the entire vault for your query, similar to Obsidian's standard quick switcher.

and, if I perform the same search in obsidian search I get this:

The feature in the image is Obsidian's full-text search within the vault, but M Search is file search within the vault. That's why there's a difference in results.

M Search results should display a list of files that contain pool and opened in their filenames.
