Cannot open v.1.05 on MacOS ARM64

How can I open the app?
I have already removed it from apple quarantine by using the command:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine Downloads/osx_arm64_macapp/TableauMigration.app

But still receive an error:

chmod +x TableauMigration.app
or
chmod +x TableauMigration.app/Contents/MacOS/TableauMigrationApp

helps neither

By the way I can start x64_macapp version without any issues, disregarding the fact that my processor is Apple M1 (ARM).

There is something wrong with OSX ARM binary

I'm on a M3 Pro and neither open for me, I get the same error message as above for both versions
