Interface Issue

Using Laz 2.0 fixes with fpc 3.0.4 on Linux Mint 19.1 I get the following error:
bare.text.xml.pas(22,15) Error: Type "IDocument" is not completely defined.
I am not sure how to fix it.

I fixed this by ensuring that all SDL2-dev packages were installed.
sudo apt-get install libsdl2-dev
