need csv file column definitions updated ....

i needed to load into a postgres database the new synthea data files generated from synthea-with-dependencies.jar that i downloaded 2 may 2025. after fiddling with unique ids, i loaded the csv files and ran into issues with csv file column definitions that need to be updated on the CSV File Data Dictionary page.. please see below.

CAREPLANS.csv:

1. REASONCODE (varchar) should be set to 'FALSE' as a required column. If not, synthea generator java code needs to be checked for bug.

CONDITIONS.csv:

1. SYSTEM column (varchar) needs to be inserted between ENCOUNTER and CODE columns.

OBSERVATIONS.csv:

1. A note should be added that the VALUE column data might get long-winded and not fit in varchar(255).
2. ENCOUNTER (uuid) should be set to 'FALSE' as a required column. If not, synthea generator java code needs to be checked for bug.

ORGANIZATIONS.csv:

1. A note should be added that the PHONE column (varchar) sometimes holds more than 1 phone number and to set the datatype to varchar(50) at least.

PAYERS.csv:

1. OWNERSHIP column (varchar) needs to be inserted between NAME and ADDRESS columns.

PROCEDURES.csv:

1. SYSTEM column (varchar) needs to be inserted between ENCOUNTER and CODE columns.

PROVIDERS.csv:

1. UTILIZATION column (numeric) needs to be renamed as ENCOUNTERS.
2. PROCEDURES column (numeric) needs to be added to end.

I've applied the changes to the wiki, except the below, because this is likely a bug:
