Take possible scaffolding into account

The tool works fine, unless you move stuff outside of the vendor/ directory, ie. using installer-paths - https://github.com/composer/installers?tab=readme-ov-file#custom-install-paths.

For example, drupal modules usually live somewhere in /modules/contrib, as opposed to /vendor/, but their dependencies like symfony are still in /vendor/. It would be nice if the tool took this into account (either automatically, since installer-paths are quite common, or make it configurable, so we can set the path(s) manually).

Thank you for your proposal. I've never used these before, so won't be able to add it.

Do you have a contribution / local development guide?
Trying the full-tool-build.sh gives me a quite large changeset, not sure if that's a correct result.

There is nothing special. Only tests and PHPStan should pass. Classic PR + test is good enough.

The full-tool-build.sh is not for development, but for deploy of downgraded tagged version.
