Disable certain menus and functions

Does it make sense to have the option to disable certain menus and functions, such as the Pioneer Application, especially for congregations that will continue to use paper-based petitions? Could we also consider other menus that could be made optional depending on the specific needs of each congregation?

Thanks @fschein for this! I think having the option to toggle the features that you want to use makes sense. @ux-git: would you please check and see where we can have this in the page? Maybe in the Congregation settings page, and also during the initial setup window.

@ux-git: I would say all meeting features: Midweek meeting, Weekend meeting. Also, the Congregation Reports. Thanks.
