API for coords, alt and callsign of aircraft

Is it possible to export the position and callsign data of aircraft around you via a API? Optionally in a specified range.

I want to implement a ADS-B/ATSAW functionality, but there is no way to export the callsign of injected traffic in MSFS unfortunately.

Maybe this already is possible through a existing API, but so far I did not find anything in the docs.
