enhancement: Make deep radar colors profile or savegame dependent

Currently, deep radar colors persist between missions and saves in a game session, but are lost when the game is closed. Having an option to save the deep radar colors to a profile or savegame would be great. Though there could be an issue without a quick way to restore default colors, in the case of a new player accidentally screwing up their deep radar colors.
