Example of setting up monorepo - Yarn Workspaces + SWC + TypeScript

Is anyone perhaps aware of an example of setting up a monorepo with Yarn Workspaces, SWC and TypeScript? Either a blog post or reference implementation would be handy. I'm really confused how should I do that or whether it's even possible or perhaps there's certain hacks/trade-offs required due to limitations I'm not unaware off... Any help on this would be appreciated.
