Chia folder not recognized

In case your windows "user account name" contains non ascii letters, then file path to chia client is not recognized.

Example:
chia_location: C:\Users\Uživatel\AppData\Local\chia-blockchain\app-1.1.5\resources\app.asar.unpacked\daemon\chia.exe

Problem is, user name contains "ž" - which is non ascii and non recognized,

Any simple solution without need to add new windows user without creating new windows user account ?
