quick suggestion for novices... please add to the instructions, in the INSTALL section:

1. add the url to git clone:
   git clone https://github.com/swar/Swar-Chia-Plot-Manager

2. for windows, before activating the python environment::
   Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Scope CurrentUser
