Register system proxy via PAC script like Fiddler does

Sometimes you dont want the proxy to act system-wide and you only want to proxy a single host/url.

Registering as PAC script would maybe make this more convienient.

Edit: It does not look like it actually works.

I ran the WPF app, and turned off system proxy, with PAC it didnt hit the proxy at all. It does hit it when manually entering proxy address.
