New name Unbotanium.Web.Proxy (partially) the same functionality, expect breaking changes until v1.0.0.

Get involved if you want to make sure some features stay in here, before they get removed.

The "old" code was covered by tests for about 27%, I can use your help getting that up to a maintainable number. Please join in!
