Copy detection rules from superseded app

Often I get a situation where I've had to add another detection rule, particularly where an app auto-updates so I stick in a "EXE version >= x.xx.x". It would be great if Wintuner could detect these additional settings and carry them on to the new app deployment.

In v1.3.0 I added versionless mode. This feature is still in preview (which is why it is not documented yet).

By specifying -PackageScript and -Version latest when creating a package, it will do two things:

1. Generate an winget install script without the version
2. Generate a detection script that will just check the app and ignore any version

For as long as I know the generated detection script did validate all version that were higher then the specific version.
