Unclear use of the Monte Carlo test for enrichment/depletion profiles

It is not easily gleaned from the 'census/6.4models.r' script how to apply the monte_carlo_test function.

Examples of the different input parameters are needed.

An self contained minimal example that uses a Dataset from the AMOR package is now provided at:

Also added roxygen documentation to various functions. The ultimate goal would be to have a general function and incorporate it into AMOR (surh/AMOR#2).
