[BUG] Footer section appears inconsistent across pages on mobile view

Describe the bug
The footer section is not consistent across different pages when viewed on mobile devices. For example, the footer on the Home page appears differently compared to the FAQ page. Layout, spacing, and alignment vary from page to page, causing an inconsistent user experience.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the website on a mobile device.
2. Navigate to the Home page and observe the footer section.
3. Navigate to the FAQ page and compare the footer appearance.

Expected behavior
The footer design and alignment differ between pages (e.g., spacing, padding, or element positioning).
