[BUG] Inconsistent Button color on 'Report Issue' page

Describe the bug
The “Send Issue Report” button has a different color compared to other buttons used throughout the interface. This inconsistency makes the button stand out awkwardly and breaks the overall visual uniformity of the design.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the page where the “Send Issue Report” button is located.
2. Observe the button color.
3. Compare it with the buttons on other pages .

Expected behavior
All buttons across the application should maintain a consistent color scheme.
