[BUG] : Footer not responsive in Tablet view on Terms of Service page

Description:

The footer section on the Terms of Service page is not responsive on Tablet view. The layout and spacing appear misaligned compared to other pages (like the Home or About pages).

Expected Behavior:

The footer should be fully responsive — all elements (Quick Links, Features, Support, social icons, and badges) should align properly and display consistently with other pages.
