Scale recipes page not consistent with other pages

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Scale recipes pages
2. Scroll down to the footer
3. Compare it with the footer on other pages

Expected behavior
The footer should look same as other pages for a consistent user experience
