Style refinements needed: Scale Recipe sub-headings, buttons, and footer

Description:
The Scale Recipe section requires some UI refinements for better consistency with the overall theme.

Issues observed:

• The sub-heading text color is currently black, which doesn’t align with the design.

• The "Scale Recipe Magically" and "Clear All" buttons could be styled better:

  The width is too large.
  Styling does not fully match the overall theme.

• The bottom border of sub-headings does not align with the overall theme.

• In the footer, the links’ bottom border is white, which looks incorrect and inconsistent.
