[BUG] - Navbar links wrap incorrectly at specific viewport sizes across multiple pages

Description
The navigation bar links' layout breaks (links wrap incorrectly, overlap) when the browser is resized to certain dimensions. This happens across multiple pages. It appears to be a responsive/CSS issue with the navbar at specific viewport widths/heights.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to home page.
2. Resize the browser to small viewport.
3. See error

Expected behavior
Navbar links should remain horizontally aligned, evenly spaced, and readable at all supported responsive breakpoints.
