[BUG] - Hamburger element is not working on Customize your recipe page.

Description
On clicking the hamburger element on Customize your recipe page, nothing displays.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Customize your recipe page.
2. Click on hamburger at top right corner of navbar.
3. See error.

Expected behavior
It should display the nav links just like other pages.

@vanshika-varshney customize.js was not added in customize.html that's why it was not working, i have fixed it
