Bug: Help Center shows raw HTML instead of styled page

Describe the bug
The Help Center page loads only raw HTML content without any applied CSS. This makes the page look broken and unformatted, which affects readability and professionalism.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to the application.
2. click on About link.
3. Click on Help Center link.

Expected behavior
The Help Center should render properly with CSS styling applied, matching the rest of the app’s UI.

Actual Behavior
The Help Center displays plain HTML without CSS styling.
