[ISSUE] Enhance Help Center page linked from Feedback page footer

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to feedback.html page.
2. Scroll to the footer section.
3. Click on the Quick Links → Help Center.

Current Behavior:
• The helpcenter.html page is very basic:
• No styling, formatting, or interactive elements.

Expected Behavior / Suggestion:
• Enhance the page with better UI and UX:
• Use proper headings, cards, or sections for FAQs.
• Add navigation or categories for support resources.
• Make the page visually consistent with the rest of the website.

Impact:
• Improves user experience and makes the Help Center more useful.

I would like to solve this issue. Please assign it to me so I can start working on it.
