Login button CSS in light mode on FAQs page inconsistent with other pages

Description
On the FAQs page, the login button in light mode does not match the styling of the same button on other pages. This creates a UI inconsistency and breaks the visual uniformity across the site.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the FAQs page in light mode.
2. Compare the login button’s CSS styling with the login button on other pages (e.g., Home, About, etc.).
3. Notice the difference in styles (color, padding, hover effect, etc.).

Expected behavior
The login button on the FAQs page should have the same styling as on other pages in light mode.
