[BUG] Footer's feature section features are clickable

Describe the bug
Footer's feature section features are clickable - AI optimization and mobile friendly which supposed to be not a link and clickable in convert,customize and scale recipe pages. And when clicked, it scrolls up to the beginning of the page

To Reproduce
In the pages conver, customize,scale recipe ->Footer -> Features list

Expected behavior
Features like AI optimization and Mobile friendly should not be clickable

Additional context
Solving it by removing the link and making it point to javascript:void(0).
