Add FAQ nav link to all section navbars for consistency

Description

Currently, not all section navbars include a FAQ link. This creates inconsistency in the navigation experience for users. To maintain a uniform and predictable layout across the site, every navbar should contain the FAQ link.

Steps to reproduce

• Open the site and navigate across different sections.
• Observe the navbar items in each section.
• Notice that the FAQ link is missing in some sections.

Expected behavior

• Every section’s navbar should include a FAQ link.
• The FAQ link should use the same style, hover effect, and positioning as in other sections.
