Separate or Remove Plinth Clause #3
Description
The plinth clause fails DSFG and OSD due to its discrimination against a field of endeavor. The word was changed go gazorninplat, but this discriminates against Jim Davis. It could perhaps be separated into a separate license, called CDL+plinth. This seperate license, which could exist as a diff in this repository, might be considered NOT Open Source, but perhaps Free.
