SMA wiki linked to SM wiki

Description

Terms/Concepts in SMA wiki should refer to relevant SM wiki page, where users can find more information on those terms/concept. For example, the PDF plugin page in SMA wiki says that a pdf will be created under the current concept group, but i dont know what a concept group is.

Pros:
Great help for new users of SM and SMA and old alike
Quick referencing to desired information
Better integration of SMA and SM wiki.

If I remember correctly, I actually looked for the proper term on that occasion. On the SM wiki, I couldn't find a term which describes an element that is also a concept. And iirc, concept group is the name used internally by SM.

Perhaps we could simply add a definition on that occasion.

Did you spot any other places where improper terminology was used ?
