view_component v4 has breaking changes

first noticed in H3 last week: sul-dlss/hungry-hungry-hippo#1722

may be due to ViewComponent/view_component#2408

will get dependency updates out, then circle back to trying to fix this as time allows (will also add to the prod board so it doesn't fall through the cracks)
