  • Clean up all the "noise" — email nofications, sending to more than 2 people, etc
  • Make alerts actually reach responsible people — make sure the phone calls work, etc
  • Classify all alerts as WARN (notify during the working hours) and CRIT (wake up the responsible ASAP)
  • Test rotation process for on-duty team members
  • Automatically create Linear issues for all critical alerts for later analysis
