Long Kademlia searches #155
Description
Some peer ids can't be found in DHT for several minutes/hours despite being reachable via direct requests.
The affected operators observed that it doesn't matter on which machine the worker with that key is hosted — they get the same problem. So there is a suspicion that the peer id itself somehow prevents the kademlia query from being successful.
