cursor movement and perform an action until a key is released? #221

Description

@jibanes

In Vintage mode, if I use the arrow keys, or h/j/k/l I can navigate through the document.
However if I stay pressed on the arrow keys, it "scrolls", meaning that the cursor will continuously move until I release the key.
This is not the case using h/j/k/l, I have to keep pressing the key to scroll through the document, in contrast with vi itself.

Is there any way to replicate the vi behavior pertaining to the behavior of the h/j/k/l movement keys (I don't use arrow keys.)

Thank you!

Post-scriptum: also (I've just discovered this) is it possible that if one presses 'x' without releasing, it would delete text until 'x' is released (much like in VI)?
