Factor 1 million difference between events amount 2 uSTX and post-condition displayed 2 STX transfer amount.

To Reproduce
I created this transaction with sendstx.com send, connect wallet, send a token to two or more accounts and see the issue.

Expected behavior
I expect the post-condition to show "transfer exactly" 2 uSTX, the to address is in correcting in this case too that is the address making the transfer. it is transfering 1 uSTX to two different accounts.

The issue with the numbers not matching is post conditions table was not accounting for the stx decimals. That has been fixed.

The issue with the To field being incorrect is due to the col being poorly named. A better name would be principal - it is the same name as the property we receive from the API to represent the entity to which the post condition applies.
