Timestamp on TX list only shows time

Describe the bug

When reviewing the TX list for an address the timestamp column only shows the time not the date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an address with more than one page of transaction
2. Hover over anything in the timestamp column
3. See error

Expected behavior

Show the date and time so I don't have to click in to see if they are all on Apr 21, for example, when I'm looking for Apr 30.

@whoabuddy Thank you for flagging this issue. I just pushed an updated that allow toggling between relative timestamp (Age) and absolute localized timestamp (Date Time) by clicking the table header. Please let me know if you have other concerns.
