Unmentioned coin miner

Hi!

I get that we all need to finance our work and I'm not entirely against using miners to do that, but you should at least let the developers know about the presence of a miner in your theme.

Keep in mind that web miners are not considered ethical, since we should only use user's computing power and bandwidth solely for the services we provide through our website, not for mining without their consent. Therefore, since this is an MIT licensed project, developers using this theme are be entitled to change it and remove the miner.

I suggest mentioning the miner in the Readme or, even better, offer an option to disable or configure it. I can work on it myself, if you'll review my PR.
