Improvements on the donation system

A "checkout screen" after downloading an app, informing the user of why donations are nice.
On top will be a donation button for the app the user most recently (/just) installed. And below is a list of other apps the user has installed from ßstore
Then the user can decide to donate to apps after they have tested them easily.
This "checkout screen" would also be available at any time, perhaps as one of the app categories

Because the title of this thread is just "improvements" I would like to say what is in my mind, too.
There should be an easy and quick way from the device itself so that user can appreciate the developer(s) of an app, either donations or a simple thank you message.

I think this can be simply achieved by a good rating system. We already got kind of rating system but it's not mature yet.
