Diagram Review Function for OnPrem

Is diagram review available for OnPrem with a license? The notes indicate, "This is a paid cloud service feature.", but the product comparison has it as a yes for OnPrem. I am making a big push toward adoption including a talk at our global tech conference and would like to demo the feature to show how it can fit into our current development process. Low-friction reviews outside Git will be key!

I may have misinterpreted the description" "The review feature can be used with diagrams from your workspace, or any other PNG/JPG files.". After tracing in source, I now see that it's launched from the onPrem Dashboard screen and appears to use image files directly. It is not integrated with a specific workspace or diagram. I'd welcome any corrections or tips on reviewing diagrams in context.

Thank you for your response @simonbrowndotje, could I ask whether the review feature works exclusively with image binaries?

Is the idea to publish a diagram to an image, then upload and review the published png?

I am doing a demo soon and would like to make sure I'm not missing a more direct path to review a diagram in place. Appreciate it.
