%SCRIPT_DIR% in structurizr.bat - What is %SCRIPT_DIR% supposed to reference? I do not see where it is defined anywhere.

set SCRIPT_DIR=%~dp0 -- assumes a certain drive and directory, so where is structurizr.bat supposed to be located?
Trying to run "structurizr version" gives me this:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/logging/log4j/core/config/builder/api/ConfigurationBuilderFactory
