0.28 to 0.32 upgrade

Hi, is there any page Which details known upgrade Issues of 0.28 to 0.32 . I have several instances in GKE where we run 0.28 and 3.1 Kafka .

Though out of 4 env , one is failing on 0.32 upgrade, I can’t see any meaningful error (no error at all ) on operator even with debug on. Log does say repeated “ZK upgrade from 3.1.0 to 3.3.1 nothing to do

observation is two of three zookeeper goes down with POD vanishing then third one which goes on crash loop
Back with error Npe cannot connect to other ZK.

If I need to debug which log I should
Look?

has anyone seen this behaviour before ?
