What is the due date for Strimzi support Kafka 3.9.1 formal release

Strimzi 0.45.1 RC1 with support for Kafka 3.9.1 was announced yesterday. The community is testing it so we should have the release soon.

@ppatierno How about the status for Strimzi 0.46.1 support Kafka 3.9.1?

It's not going to support 3.9.1. Not sure we'll have 0.46.2. for that but it's far away, unless 0.47.0 will come earlier depending on Kafka 4.1 release.

@KevinMeng4662 Please keep in mind that 0.46.x has Kafka 4.0 support where these CVEs should be already fixed.
