Passport TD3 line one not always recognized #2
Description
Some valid TD3 format line ones will fail with the following message:
td3 line one does not match the required format (MRZ::InvalidFormatError)
Examples that will fail:
P<UTOSMITH<JONES<<SUSIE<MARGARET<<<<<<<<<<<<
P<UTOAL<BASRI<<HUDA<MUHAMMAD<JAWAD<<<<<<<<<<
