This is not exactly the answer you are looking for, but have you tried using the directives to turn on/off the spell checking. Just add them to a comment.

Hey everyone!
I am using cspell together with jest in my project. While I want cspell to check my test descriptions, I don't want it to run on certain assertions like
.toEqual
or.toMatchInlineSnapshot
.Is there a way to configure cspell for this scenario? I played around with
ignoreRegExpList
and regex, but the regex becomes really complex for nested arrays and objects.Anyone else run into this?
