Migration script v3 to v4 pg to pg fails migrating data in a custom plugin #121

- Source Strapi version: 4.19.0
- Target Strapi version: 4.19.0
- Source Database: pg12
- Target Database: pg12
- Operating system: ubuntu 22
- Which script are you running: v3 to v4 postgres to postgres
Describe the bug
The migration script worked perfectly and migrated all my content types and its data, but didn't work on a custom comment plugin.
Actually it did made the relations and tables into the database but didn't fill with the data.
