【help】 when I try to use storybook, my browser can't start up with storybook automatically!

Forgive me for not knowing where to put this help.
I just the new one to use storybook and when I try to use storybook to start this project ‘’outlineEditor‘’ , it doesn't work.

I install npm, and install storybook, then I commit this cmd : npm run storybook, it start up with nothing.
