Enhance StartSmart with Scheduled Mode Activation

Currently, it is possible to switch between the different modes in StartSmart, but a great feature would be to schedule an activation mode for the extension. The user could have Work Mode enabled at 9:00 AM on weekdays and Personal Mode activated at 6:00 PM. This saves time and allows the correct URLs to always be loaded at the right times according to a user's schedule.

Proposed Functionality:

1. Add a "Schedule" option for each mode in the settings.
   

2. Allow users to specify:
      - Days of the week (e.g., Monday to Friday for Work Mode). 
      - Start time (e.g., 9:00 AM for Work Mode).
   

3. Automatically switch to the scheduled mode at the specified time.
   

4. Provide an option to disable scheduling for users who prefer manual switching.
