Hi there 👋

It's been years since it's been introduced, now, and I'm still not sure how to use liquidity pools. Not how to participate in it, that part is very clear, it's how to trade with them that is not clear. So far, I've been assuming the liquidity pools were just creating buy and sell orders on the SDEX as makers, like classic market making bots. But now I see that the EURC/XLM liquidity pool has $158k locked in, which is a completely different pictures from what the orderbook on the SDEX is showing (with a liquidity of barely €10k before the spread becomes absurd). I keep reading and re-reading the doc, it does not help. Nowhere is specified how to trade with the liquidity pools. This should be clarified.

Thanks,

What problem does your feature solve?

Confusing documentation about liquidity pools

What would you like to see?

A clear mention about how to trade with liquidity pools.

What alternatives are there?

Reading and understanding the whole implementation of liquidity pools. Maybe.

Hi there! You're right, we may need some clearer and simpler documentation about using liquidity pools. In the meantime, these two quests from Stellar Quest Learn might be helpful:

Hello,

Oh I see, it's tapped in through path sending. Cool, I already implemented it (no more work for me :P ), although I never used it so far. Thanks for the pointer!
